6 sausages
1 x 220g can EMMA Mushrooms in Tomato & Herb Sauce
1 x 225g can pineapple pieces, drained
1 onion, chopped
2tbsp sugar
2 tbsp tomato sauce
pinch of curry
2 tbsp vinegar
1 cup of water
Put the sausages in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to
the boil and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and remove the skins from
the sausages. Place the sausages in a deep casserole dish and scatter
over the pineapple pieces and chopped onion.
In a separate bowl mix the sugar, tomato sauce, curry, vinegar, hot
water and mushrooms. Pour this mixture over the sausages, cover
and cook at 180C for about 45 minutes.
