500g minced beef
2 slices of day-old bread broken into crumbs
1/2 tsp mixed spice
1/2 tsp paprika
salt and pepper
1 egg
1 x 220g can EMMA
Mushrooms in Tomato and Herb Sauce
Mix the mince, breadcrumbs, spice and seasonings
together and shape into small meat balls. Place them in a
casserole dish and cover with the mushrooms.
Cover and bake at 200C for about 45 minutes or until
the meatballs are cooked.
