500g blade steak, cut
into 4 pieces
1 x 35g packet dried mushroom soup mix
1 onion, sliced
1 x 220g EMMA Mushrooms in Tomato & Herb Sauce
1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
1 tbsp butterCut two pieces of foil about 50cm long. Place
two pieces of steak on each piece of foil. Sprinkle with the
mushroom soup and the mixed herb. Scatter the onions over the
steaks and divide the EMMA Mushrooms in Tomato and Herb Sauce evenly
between the two parcels. Dot with butter and loosely wrap up
making sure they are completely sealed.
Place the parcels into a baking dish and bake at 160C for about 11/4
hour or until the steak is cooked and tender.
