1.5kg chicken pieces
4 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
1 x 200gm can Emma Mushrooms Sliced in Creamy Garlic Sauce Remove all the chicken skin. Put the flour, salt and
pepper into a plastic bag and add the chicken pieces. Shake well
so that all the pieces are well coated with the seasoned flour.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan, put in the chicken pieces and
brown on all sides and the chicken is cooked.
Add the mixed herbs and Emma Mushrooms in Creamy Garlic Sauce and cook
over low heat until the sauce is simmering.
Remove from heat and serve over rice or pasta.
