This can be served hot or cold. Serves
4. use your favourite pasta such as spirals, bows, macaroni or

1 x 210g can EMMA
Sliced Mushrooms, drained
1 x 210g can Salmon, drained
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 tbsp capers, drained (optional)
3 or 4 tbsp mayonnaise
350g dried pasta.
Place the drained salmon in a mixing bowl. Chop
the drained mushrooms coarsely and add to the salmon. Gently stir
in the chopped celery, capers and mayonnaise until just mixed. Try
not to break up the salmon too much.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on
the packet.
Drain the pasta and toss with the salmon and mushroom mixture while
still hot. Serve with a green salad or lightly cooked vegetables.
