1 x 425g can EMMA Whole Mushrooms in
Brine, drained
500g rump steak, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon grated green ginger
2 cloves garlic, crushed 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 11/2 cups frozen mixed
vegetables or finely chopped fresh vegetables
1/2 cup bean sprouts3-4 spring onions, thinly sliced
Place the steak, soy sauce, ginger and garlic into a bowl. Mix well.Heat the oil in a wok or frypan. When hot add the vegetables and stirfry
for 1-2 minutes. Add the EMMA mushrooms and cook for one further minute. Remove and set
aside.
Add the beef to the hot pan and stirfry for two minutes until just
cooked. Return the vegetables to the pan. Add the sprouts and spring onions. Heat through
and serve immediately.
