cup olive oil
2 egg yolks
4 cloves garlic, mashed
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp lemon juice
Put half of the oil and all the remaining ingredients into the
blender. Turn on to high and blend a few seconds. While
still blending slowly pour in the remaining oil and blend until thick,
about 5 seconds.
This is a favourite in France where it is
sometimes called Beurre de Provence. It is great with both
