4 cloves
garlic, mashed
1 spring onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp plum jam
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp chilli sauce
Mix all ingredients together well with a whisk until slightly thick.
This is a variation on Chinese Hoisin
sauce. The taste is still like a sweet and spicy barbeque sauce
