1 cup plain
yoghurt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp fresh or dried dill, finely chopped
3 spring onions, finely chopped
1 tsp honey
Combine all the ingredients together in a blender or with a
whisk. Refrigerate for several hours to allow flavours to
mature.
