Meadow Mushrooms

Small Portabello

Smaller but just as tasty

These are large Portabello mushrooms that have been picked just before they’re fully grown. Like their big brothers, they can be eaten raw or to add a robust mushroom flavour to cooked dishes. Their size makes them perfect on top of a juicy steak, on toast for breakfast, or why not go all gourmet and stuff them with ricotta cheese, chilli, fresh oregano and parmesan cheese?
